MediaTek's new R&D facility in Noida spans approximately 104,000 sq. ft. across three floors and is now operational. This site is MediaTek's second R&D hub in India and is strategically located near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, enhancing accessibility.
The development, known as BPTP Capital City, offers about 780,000 sq. ft. of office and mixed-use space, designed to meet high sustainability standards, having achieved multiple Platinum certifications. The facility supports MediaTek's expansion of its talent base and research capabilities in India. This trend highlights the increasing interest from global tech firms in premium office spaces in the NCR area, which may drive further investment in commercial developments.
