PT Merdeka Copper Gold has set a gold production target of 180,000 to 205,000 ounces for 2026, nearly doubling its 2025 output of 103,156 ounces. This increase is expected from the Pani Gold Mine and the Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine, subject to approval from the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry.

In 2025, Tujuh Bukit produced 103,156 ounces and sold 104,168 ounces at an average price of $3,138 per ounce, a 32% increase year-on-year. The Pani Gold Mine is on track for initial production in Q1 2026, with ongoing commissioning activities.
