Metavesco Inc. has launched Epic Labor AI, a new division aimed at recruiting skilled trades and technical personnel for data center construction across the U.S. The initiative arises in response to a significant labor shortage amid an unprecedented infrastructure buildout, with projections indicating a need for 300,000 new electricians and a surge in HVAC engineer demand by 67%.

Epic Labor AI will focus on recruiting electricians, HVAC specialists, and GPU deployment technicians, leveraging AI tools for enhanced recruitment efficiency.
