Microsoft and CA Group to Invest in New Data Centers in Denmark Amid Rising Global Investments
Microsoft is set to construct three data centers in Jutland, Denmark, while CA Group will invest in a 45,000 square meter facility in Skive, reflecting a significant increase in global data center investments. From Q1 to Q3 2025, data centers represented 31% of total private real estate investments, a rise from 15% in 2020, totaling around 114 billion DKK. However, experts warn that issues like power availability and regulatory challenges may hinder future growth in this sector.
