Middlesex Township Approves Subdivision for 18-Building Data Center in Cumberland County
Middlesex Township supervisors have approved plans for the Pennsylvania Digital 1 (PAX-1) data center campus, which will consist of 18 buildings on 700 acres off Country Club Road. The project is anticipated to create 450 jobs and yield approximately $65 million in tax benefits for Cumberland County, the township, and a local school district, pending further approvals related to land development and utility requirements.
