Midland and SOQUEM Initiate IP Survey at Malaco Mountain Copper-Gold-REE Zone
Midland Exploration and SOQUEM will conduct a 15-line kilometer induced polarization survey at the Malaco Mountain project in August 2026. The survey follows significant mineral findings from 2025, including up to 31.60% Cu and 6.92 g/t Au, aimed at defining further exploration targets.

An induced polarization survey of 15-line kilometers is set for August 2026 at the Malaco Mountain project, focusing on a mineralized outcrop found in 2025. This initiative follows a previous exploration that revealed mineralization with copper grades reaching 31.60%, gold at 6.92 g/t, and rare earth elements at 1.77%.
The survey will cover key geological features and aims to establish drilling targets based on geophysical and geological data. Midland and SOQUEM's ongoing alliance includes a joint annual exploration budget of $1 million for the Malaco Mountain and Nachicapau projects, enhancing exploration efforts in the Labrador Trough. Risks include potential delays due to geophysical survey complexities.
