Mirasol Resources Signs LOI with San Lorenzo Gold for US$4 Million Sale of Rubi Copper Project in Chile

The agreement includes options for San Lorenzo to increase its stake to 100% through additional payments. The agreement includes a three-step option process allowing San Lorenzo to increase its ownership to 100% over several years with specific payment and exploration expenditure commitments. The project spans 2,000 hectares within a significant copper belt, with a history of promising drill results indicating a prospective porphyry-style alteration system. Mirasol's interest in the Rubi Project will be fully carried until a mining decision is made.
