Mission Critical Metals Acquires Medvedi Potok Tin Project in Slovakia
Mission Critical Metals Corp. has acquired the Medvedi Potok Tin Project (Bear Creek Tin Property) in Slovakia from Hallgarten & Company Limited, which obtained it from Military Metals Corp. The acquisition follows a series of transactions that rendered the project royalty-free. The company plans to develop an exploration and advancement plan for the project, which is significant due to the growing global demand for tin, particularly in electronics and renewable energy.

Mission Critical Metals Corp. has acquired the Medvedi Potok Tin Project, located in northern Slovakia, from Hallgarten & Company Limited. Hallgarten obtained the project from Military Metals Corp. earlier in January 2026, after which it was transferred to Mission on January 13, 2026.
The project was made royalty-free when Military Metals exercised a buyback right on January 8, 2026. The Medvedi Potok Tin Project is significant for its tin mineralization potential within a historically active mining area. Mission Critical Metals plans to review historical data and create an exploration plan compliant with Slovakian regulations.
