Funding includes a $2 million loan and a $2.76 million grant from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, supplemented by $700,000 from city funds and a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant. This funding is projected to save local ratepayers approximately $1.5 million in interest over 30 years.
