MITIC Opens Bids for State Data Center Project in Chaco'i
The MITIC has opened bids for a modular data center project funded by the IDB, aiming to enhance Paraguay's technological infrastructure. Three consortia are competing for the project, which will be based in Chaco'i and designed for security, availability, and scalability. The project budget is approximately G. 143 billion (USD 18 million).

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MITIC) has opened bids for the construction of a TIER III certified modular data center, part of the Digital Agenda Support Program funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Three consortia, including MITIC DC Consortium, Digital Infrastructure Paraguay Consortium, and TIC Consortium, have submitted proposals.
The data center will be built at MITIC's site in Chaco'i, aiming to modernize public technological infrastructure and improve digital services. The project budget is G. 143 billion (USD 18 million), intended to enhance data management and support various technological solutions.
