Málaga TechPark Secures Major Investment and Strategic Partnerships for Tech Development
Málaga TechPark aims to enhance its technological ecosystem with new industrial projects, including a €1.257 billion data center. The park's initiatives are expected to create over 960 jobs and strengthen ties with international tech firms.

Málaga TechPark has secured a strategic agreement with Benbros Energy, through Saltburn Holding/Meridian Data Centers, to develop a significant data center projected to cost €1.257 billion. This facility will occupy over 70,000 square meters, providing space for major corporations and public administrations, generating 710 construction jobs and 254 operational positions.
Additionally, Belgian company ESTEL will establish its European center at NODE I in the park, investing €15 million to create 50 skilled jobs. Málaga TechPark currently hosts over 715 companies, generating more than €4.8 billion in annual revenue and employing over 29,000 professionals. The park is actively cultivating international collaborations and enhancing local tech capabilities through programs like i-start.
