Morocco Strategic Minerals Corp. Secures Major Mining Option Agreement in Western High Atlas
Morocco Strategic Minerals Corp. has signed an option agreement to acquire up to 80% interest in mineral assets in Morocco. The deal covers five exploitation licenses and two research permits, enhancing MCC's portfolio in an area with significant historical mining activity and exploration potential.

Morocco Strategic Minerals Corp. (TSXV: MCC) has entered into an option agreement with MNF Groupe Inc. for exclusive rights to acquire up to an 80% interest in several mineral assets in the Western High Atlas region.
This includes five exploitation licenses and two research permits. The geographical package, spanning over 57 km², contains numerous past-producing mines, notably Tanfit, Ouneine, and Aït Zekri. Historical production data indicates the presence of high-grade copper and silver, with recent sampling at Tanfit revealing up to 23.76% Cu.
A comprehensive exploration program is planned to validate these findings. The agreement grants MCC a four-month due diligence period followed by a three-year option to complete the acquisition. Infrastructure and access to the site are favorable, supporting potential development. The successful completion of this acquisition could position MCC as a key player in the region's mining sector.
