Moses Tucker Partners has been appointed as the commercial leasing partner for the Drake Farms development, a 165-acre mixed-use project in Fayetteville, valued at $1 billion. The project, developed by Specialized Real Estate Group, aims to include healthcare, housing, and businesses, creating a walkable community, with the first phase completion anticipated by late 2026.
EnergyWorks has finalized the acquisition of 731 natural gas wells from BRG Energy for $65 million, enhancing its position as the largest oil and gas producer based in Arkansas. The majority of these wells are located in the Arkoma Basin, enhancing EnergyWorks' production strategy in a region identified for its significant geological resources. Potential risks include market fluctuations in energy prices impacting profitability.
