Murray Brook Minerals Acquires Mount McInnes Project in New Brunswick
Murray Brook Minerals, a subsidiary of Puma Exploration, has acquired the Mount McInnes Project, covering 11,837 hectares in New Brunswick. This acquisition supports Canada's domestic critical minerals supply and aligns with provincial strategies to enhance mineral sector productivity.

Murray Brook Minerals (MBM), 70.48% owned by Puma Exploration, has secured the Mount McInnes Project in New Brunswick, spanning 11,837 hectares and comprising 19 claim blocks. The project is rich in critical minerals including silver, gold, lead, zinc, copper, and others, with historical assays indicating significant mineralization.
The acquisition involves issuing 500,000 shares and a series of cash payments totaling up to $200,000, and includes a 2% net smelter return royalty for the vendor. The project complements MBM's existing Legacy copper-silver asset and aligns with New Brunswick's focus on enhancing critical mineral production. The ongoing exploration and potential listing of MBM as a separate entity may attract further investment in this sector.
