Mustang Helicopter's Missing Aircraft Confirmed Safe in Dolakha
A Mustang Helicopter, registered as 9N-ANO, was confirmed safe after losing contact shortly after takeoff from Kathmandu to Lapcha. The aircraft landed in Lapcha Gumba due to adverse weather, with all five on board safe. The passengers included three from Citizens Bank International and two from Energy Venture, with Suraj Thapa as the pilot.

A Mustang Helicopter, registered as 9N-ANO, was confirmed safe after being reported missing in Dolakha. It had departed from Kathmandu at approximately 10:25 am for Lapcha and lost contact after taking off from the Upper Lapche Hydropower Project site.
The helicopter landed in the Lapcha Gumba area due to adverse weather conditions, with all five onboard, including three from Citizens Bank International and two from Energy Venture, confirmed safe. An Army helicopter and local personnel were deployed for search efforts due to heavy snowfall in the area.
