The company’s open-source foundation, SmartHub, allows enterprises to manage telemetry data effectively, addressing a critical gap in visibility as AI workloads proliferate.

MyDecisive has secured $12 million in funding to launch its AI DevOps platform, featuring the open-source SmartHub. Founded by Ari Zilka in San Francisco in 2023, the company targets enterprises looking to enhance stability for applications amidst increasing AI workloads.
SmartHub operates as a Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry-native cluster, allowing teams to manage telemetry data on-site rather than relying on third-party systems. MyDecisive aims to fill visibility gaps in production systems, enabling enterprises to utilize performance and security data proactively.
The platform is already active in sectors such as financial services, retail, telecommunications, and healthcare. The investment was led by Copper Sky Capital, which supports AI-focused software startups.
