Nano Labs and ALT5 Sigma Sign MOU for AI Data Center Collaboration in North America
Nano Labs Ltd and ALT5 Sigma Corporation have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to evaluate collaboration on AI data centers, Agent Cloud, and AI-native payments. This initiative aims to leverage advances in AI and distributed computing to create integrated infrastructure supporting autonomous software agents in digital ecosystems.

Nano Labs Ltd and ALT5 Sigma Corporation have executed a non-binding MOU to assess collaboration in AI data centers, Agent Cloud, and AI-native payments over a 90-day evaluation period. The MOU outlines the formation of a joint working group to guide technical diligence and explore integration pathways.
The Parties will evaluate compute infrastructure for AI workloads, develop cloud-based platforms for AI agents, and extend ALT5's payment capabilities to support AI-driven transactions. This collaboration aims to align capabilities in payments and high-performance computing to meet emerging market needs. The MOU remains non-binding, subject to future negotiations and definitive agreements.
