HYDROGEN

NASA has resolved a helium leak in the SLS rocket, clearing the way for the Artemis II mission, now targeting a potential launch in April 2024. This follows a series of setbacks, including adverse weather and a failed wet dress rehearsal due to a hydrogen leak.

As a result, NASA has adjusted its Artemis program, postponing lunar landings to 2028. Repairs included hydraulic component replacements and electrical system optimizations. NASA aims to return to the launch pad in the coming weeks, focusing on ensuring the rocket's readiness for its mission to support future lunar exploration.
