Nativo Resources Partners with Kuboc for Precious Metals Exploration in Peru
Nativo Resources and Constructora e Inversiones Andina Kuboc have formed a partnership to explore gold and other precious metals in Peru, focusing on regions like Ayacucho and La Libertad. This collaboration allows Nativo to leverage local expertise while maintaining a significant interest in developed projects.

Nativo Resources has entered into a framework agreement with Constructora e Inversiones Andina Kuboc to identify mining prospects for gold and other precious metals in Peru. Under this agreement, Kuboc will operate approved projects, and Nativo will finance expenditures, retaining a 75% interest post-capital recovery.
The partnership will prioritize gold, silver, and copper in regions including Ayacucho, La Libertad, Arequipa, and Ancash. Nativo's initial project review cap is set at $70,000. Kuboc, authorized by the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines, brings significant operational experience, having previously managed two mines.
The collaboration is designed to expedite project development, focusing on commercially viable opportunities expected to be production-ready within 12 months. This strategic partnership may enhance Nativo's growth potential in the region.
