NCAB Reports Increased Orders but Declining Annual Results for 2025
NCAB's net sales rose 9% to 901.9 million SEK in Q4 2025, with order intake up 20% to 1,092 million SEK. For the full year, net sales increased 4% to 3,743.5 million SEK, but EBITA fell to 402.6 million SEK from 449.7 million SEK. The company completed the acquisition of Multi-Teknik Mönsterkort in Sweden and noted strong organic order growth in H2 2025.

NCAB's Q4 2025 net sales increased by 9% to 901.9 million SEK, compared to 830.3 million SEK the previous year. Order intake rose 20% to 1,092 million SEK from 907 million SEK. EBITA grew to 98.6 million SEK from 71.6 million SEK, with a margin of 10.9%.
However, for the full year 2025, net sales increased only 4% to 3,743.5 million SEK, while order intake rose 10% to 4,076 million SEK. EBITA decreased to 402.6 million SEK from 449.7 million SEK. NCAB completed the acquisition of Multi-Teknik Mönsterkort in Sweden. Growth was broad across various sectors including EV charging, defense, medical technology, and energy solutions for data centers.
