Nebraska Proposes $38 Million Grant for Norfolk Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion

State Sen. Rob Dover is proposing a $38 million matching grant for an expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Norfolk, Nebraska. The proposal requires approval from the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy and Environment to confirm that the allocated federal funds can be used for the removal of milk fat from the wastewater process.
