The classification of these projects into four categories will depend on their physical progress, scheduled RCOD, and compliance with PPA obligations.
Category A includes projects with unmet RCOD but compliance with NEA conditions for extension. Conversely, Category D includes those that failed to meet PPA obligations. The NEA will assess physical progress based on the construction of major project components and may issue Notices of Default for projects in Category C.
