A new data center with an office building and substation is planned at Zaunkönigweg 8 in Düsseldorf. A construction application will be presented to the local district council on February 4. The project includes a three-story data center adjacent to a three-story office building.

East of the new construction, a substation of approximately 500 square meters is intended for the data center. Additionally, the project includes backup power systems for the data center's electricity supply during prolonged outages. These backup systems will undergo a federal emissions protection procedure with the district government and are not part of the current application.
