The new building for the Secretaría de Planeación y Finanzas has started the testing phase of its Data Center, which will serve as the main financial operations hub for the Government of the State. The construction was completed in 2025 and equipped by a contracted company.

The Data Center will house all servers for the key areas of Revenues and Expenditures. The relocation process will be careful and span several weeks, set for the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, a computing operations center is being established in the building, managed by specialized personnel from the Secretaría de Ciencia, Humanidades, Tecnología e Innovación, responsible for the technological infrastructure and monitoring operations with a comprehensive security system.

The building is designed to be sustainable, incorporating features like a water treatment plant and solar energy, with construction costs exceeding one billion pesos, partly funded by the previous administration. A new access road will also be created for better entry to the building.
