New Data Center Set to Open in Narrosse Amid Closure of Existing Facility
A new private data center by Izarralde is scheduled for Narrosse, targeting operational needs unmet by the current Data Cube, which will close in October 2026. The project aims to serve local businesses lacking adequate data storage solutions while minimizing ecological impact.

Izarralde plans to establish a second data center in Narrosse by 2027, addressing gaps left by the upcoming closure of the Data Cube. The current facility, set to cease operations in October 2026, failed to meet local operational requirements and lacked sufficient server accessibility for businesses in the Landes and Pyrénées-Atlantiques regions.
The new center will utilize 250 kW of electrical power and will feature 300 square meters of space over two floors, including a generator and efficient cooling systems. This initiative supports local companies lacking adequate infrastructure, reducing reliance on larger providers and minimizing environmental impact.
