New School Building for 225 Students Opens in Shaty, Issyk-Kul Region
A new school building for 225 students has opened in Shaty village, Issyk-Kul region, replacing a facility from 1965. The school consolidates the educational process previously spread across nine buildings and includes newly constructed wastewater treatment facilities. The project received support from the World Bank under the ERIK initiative, implemented by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A new school building for school No. 8 named after D. Moldogaziev has been inaugurated in Shaty village, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region, designed for 225 students. This new facility replaces a school built in 1965 and consolidates the educational process that was previously conducted across nine separate buildings.
Additionally, wastewater treatment facilities have been constructed. The school was developed with support from the World Bank through the ERIK project, managed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Currently, 40 more educational institutions are under construction or renovation in the republic.
