New Session of Rabla Auto Programme for Individuals Launches with 36.8 Million Lei Budget

A new session of the Rabla Auto Programme for individuals begins on December 16, 2025, with a budget of approximately 36.8 million lei, as announced by the Environment Fund Administration (AFM). This session will be open from 10:00 on December 16 until 23:59 on December 31, 2025, or until funds are depleted.

The budget includes 22.264 million lei for new internal combustion engine vehicles and 14.510 million lei for electric vehicles. Eco-ticket values are set at 18,500 lei for new fully electric or hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, 15,000 lei for plug-in hybrids or electric motorcycles, 12,000 lei for hybrid vehicles, and 10,000 lei for internal combustion engine vehicles. Applicants must register online, generate a registration number, and complete additional requirements within 10 days to secure funding.
