NewHydrogen Advances to Engineering Phase with NuCube Energy Partnership
NewHydrogen, Inc. transitions to the engineering phase of its ThermoLoop technology following successful pre-pilot validation. The collaboration with NuCube Energy aims to integrate nuclear energy for efficient hydrogen production.

NewHydrogen, Inc. has completed the research phase for its ThermoLoop technology and is now entering the engineering phase. This follows the successful completion of Stage Gate One, which validated key operational thresholds for the technology, including a hydrogen production efficiency exceeding 75% of theoretical yield and a maximum operating temperature below 1,000°C.
In collaboration with NuCube Energy, which is developing a compact fission reactor capable of producing high-temperature heat, the companies intend to explore integration strategies for thermochemical hydrogen production. The partnership is critical for accelerating the commercialization of clean hydrogen, which is essential for multiple industrial applications. The move towards pilot plant specifications will enable NewHydrogen to engage industry players for future developments.
