NewHydrogen and UCSB File International Patent for ThermoLoop Clean Hydrogen Technology
NewHydrogen, Inc. has filed an international patent application with the University of California, Santa Barbara for its ThermoLoop technology, which produces clean hydrogen using water and heat instead of electricity. The patent, titled 'Coupled Multi-phase Oxidation-Reducing For Production of Chemicals,' includes advancements in material science and AI for optimizing reaction networks.
The technology allows for hydrogen production at temperatures below 1000°C, significantly reducing reliance on costly electricity. This PCT application secures a filing date in 158 countries, supporting NewHydrogen's commercialization efforts in the clean hydrogen market, valued at an estimated $12 trillion by Goldman Sachs.
