Newmark Advises on One Beverly Hills Project, Securing Largest U.S. Mixed-Use Construction Loan
Newmark acted as strategic advisor for One Beverly Hills, a mixed-use development in Beverly Hills, CA, resulting in the largest non-data center construction loan in U.S. history. The project spans 17.5 acres and will feature Aman's first urban residences, hotel, and members' club on the West Coast, alongside significant retail and leisure facilities. The development is currently under construction and has commitments from brands like Dolce&Gabbana and Casa Tua Cucina.

Newmark served as strategic advisor to Cain and Eldridge Industries for One Beverly Hills, securing the largest non-data center construction loan for a mixed-use project in the U.S. The development spans 17.5 acres, featuring Aman's first urban residences, a hotel, and a members' club on the West Coast, along with retail and leisure facilities set within 10 acres of gardens.
It connects the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and includes 1,800 underground parking spaces. Currently under construction, it has attracted commitments from brands including Dolce&Gabbana and Casa Tua Cucina.
