Đồng Nai plans to establish a digital government and boost its digital economy by 2030 through improved infrastructure and governance. The province has met 4 out of 45 science and technology targets and completed 39 out of 84 key tasks for 2025.

It has integrated over 2,000 administrative procedures into the national portal, achieving a near 90% online processing rate. The digital economy currently accounts for around 7.5% of the province's economy, with a target of 30% by 2030. Key projects include developing the Đồng Nai High-Tech Zone and a hyperscale data center, while ensuring data security and seamless service delivery.
