NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) and Fahd bin Sultan University (FBSU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a three-year collaborative framework for education, research, and talent development in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This partnership aims to support the transition to a knowledge-based economy by providing students with skills relevant to the clean energy and hydrogen sectors.

NGHC, nearing completion of the world's largest green hydrogen plant, emphasizes the importance of developing national capabilities for operational success. The MOU includes training programs, academic research, and a bridging program for diploma graduates to pursue bachelor's degrees.

Both parties will oversee implementation and maintain collaboration post-agreement, offering courses in technical training, engineering, and renewable energy technologies. This initiative intends to empower Saudi youth and foster innovation in the clean energy sector.
