Mayor Robert Restaino announced that mediation may resolve lawsuits between the city and Niagara Falls Redevelopment (NFR), allowing the Centennial Park and data center projects to proceed. Ongoing litigation includes a city petition for eminent domain over 4.7 acres for Centennial Park, with an offer of $4.029 million to NFR's subsidiary Blue Apple Properties.
