Nigerian Air Force Launches Civil-Military Relations Projects in Lagos
The Nigerian Air Force inaugurated a special intervention project aimed at enhancing civil-military relations, featuring an ICT lab and a mosque upgrade. This initiative, part of a broader non-kinetic strategy, reflects the military's commitment to fostering cooperation and trust with communities, vital for national security.

The Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, inaugurated intervention projects at Okota Grammar School in Lagos to strengthen civil-military relations. The projects include a fully equipped ICT laboratory and the upgrade of the school mosque.
This initiative supports the Nigerian Air Force's objective to promote cooperation between military and civilian populations, a crucial aspect of national security. Since its inception, 12 similar projects have been rolled out nationwide, enhancing community engagement and trust.
The CAS emphasized the importance of civil-military relations in achieving peace and security. Stakeholders acknowledged the project's significance in education and youth development, urging responsible use of the facilities and collaboration for community safety.
