Đà Nẵng has outlined investment projects for the 2026-2030 period. The projects include a tourism resort on 83.53ha near the Thu Bồn River aimed at boosting local tourism, and a 300ha tourism-agriculture complex in Hiệp Đức.

A 123ha golf course will be developed near Sơn Viên hot springs. In education, five projects will establish vocational institutions capable of training 2,000 students annually. Infrastructure developments include a 197,017m2 pedestrian street and a 1,975,687m2 botanical park. The technology sector will see projects like a data center and office complex in the tech park, with investment estimates of 10-15 million USD per hectare.
