NordSpace Ventures Invests in North Vector Dynamics for Defence Innovation
NordSpace Ventures has invested in North Vector Dynamics to bolster Canadian defence technology and hypersonic research. This investment aligns with NordSpace's broader strategy to support the federal Defence Industrial Strategy.

NordSpace Ventures has made a strategic investment in Calgary-based North Vector Dynamics, part of the latter's late 2025 fundraising efforts. This follows NordSpace's earlier investment in Edmonton's Wyvern, emphasizing its commitment to Canadian aerospace and defence sectors.
The investment is not publicly quantified but forms part of an annual $2 million investment strategy across multiple companies. Both companies are involved in a hypersonic R&D network supported by the Department of National Defence.
This partnership aims to enhance defence propulsion applications and accelerate their mutual technological roadmaps. NordSpace is also developing domestic space launch capabilities through the Atlantic Spaceport Complex in Newfoundland, indicating a significant shift in Canada's aerospace landscape.
