Norske Skog Saugbrugs announced a non-binding letter of intent with Green Mountain to explore a data center project in Halden, Norway. The site has been identified as suitable for the establishment of a data center.

Norske Skog has initiated a regulatory process for data center operations at the industrial site and will collaborate with local authorities on permitting. Green Mountain, acquired by Azrieli Group for $850 million in 2021, is active in other markets, including the UK and Germany, further expanding its operations.
