North Atlantic is progressing with its green hydrogen project in the Come By Chance area while other projects in the province have stalled. The project, described as more modest and smaller, will utilize existing infrastructure at the Come By Chance refinery to reduce costs. Construction is projected to take three years, starting in 2027, with first deliveries to Europe expected in 2030, aligning with the beginning of the green hydrogen industry in Europe.
