NorthC Group Begins Construction of New Data Center in Geneva, Switzerland
NorthC Group has announced the commencement of construction on a new data center in Geneva, Switzerland, set to begin in Q1 2026 and expected to be completed by Q2 2028. The facility will feature a total IT capacity of 4.5 MW, utilize 100% green energy, and incorporate a liquid cooling system tailored for AI applications. Additionally, it will support modular design for capacity expansion and connect with other NorthC locations in Switzerland, with plans for waste heat exchange with nearby buildings.

NorthC Group will start construction of a new data center in Geneva, Switzerland in Q1 2026, located at The Hive campus. The facility will have a total IT capacity of 4.5 MW, delivered in phases, and cover 5,400 m2.
Completion is expected in Q2 2028. The data center will utilize 100% green energy and feature a liquid cooling system designed for AI applications. It will support modular design for capacity expansion and will be connected to other NorthC locations in Switzerland for efficient services. Plans include the potential for waste heat exchange with nearby buildings and connection to local district heating.
