NorthC Schweiz AG Signs 30-Year Lease for Data Center at The Hive Campus in Meyrin
DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE
NorthC Schweiz AG has signed a lease agreement with HIAG for over 30 years for a new data center building at The Hive campus in Meyrin, Geneva. The data center will have an IT capacity of 4.5 MW and operate on 100% green energy.
Construction will begin in Q1 2026, following the issuance of the building permit at the end of 2025, with a completion date set for the end of 2027. The new building will have an area of approximately 5,700 m².
