Northern Minerals Expands Dazzler Resource in Browns Range Project
Northern Minerals reported a 70% increase in tonnage and a 40% rise in contained rare earths at the Dazzler deposit, now estimated at 340,000 tonnes at 2.1% TREO. This upgrade enhances project viability and positions Browns Range as a key player in the global heavy rare earths market.

Northern Minerals has enhanced the Dazzler deposit mineral resource by 70% in tonnage and 40% in contained rare earths, resulting in a new estimate of 340,000 tonnes at 2.1% TREO, equating to 7,000 tonnes of contained metal. The updated resource is now 90% classified as indicated, an improvement from the 2020 estimate, which was entirely inferred.
This resource upgrade supports detailed mine planning and economic studies, crucial for the ongoing Wolverine-Dazzler blending study aimed at optimizing project economics. The Browns Range project is strategically important, featuring high mineralization of dysprosium and terbium, essential for advanced technologies. Continued development efforts at Dazzler may enhance the overall resource base.
