Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG) is advancing the Phase-2 Matawinie Mine project, designated a Major Project of National Interest by the Canadian government. Key construction contracts, representing over 50% of the project's CAPEX, have been awarded ahead of a positive final investment decision (FID). Key partners include Pomerleau as Construction Manager and Manawan-Fournier for civil works, promoting opportunities for the Atikamekw First Nation of Manawan. NMG is also finalizing a supply agreement with Metso for critical processing equipment.
