Nova Complex Signs Land Agreement for Loviisa Data Center Phase I

Nova Complex signed a land lease and purchase agreement for Phase I of its data center project in Loviisa, Finland, and secured planning rights for a hyperscale land parcel. The project aims to develop hyperscale computing infrastructure integrated with local green energy solutions and is expected to create 50-80 local jobs in Phase I and approximately 600-800 jobs across all phases.

Nova Complex will utilize a 'Prefabricated Quiet Construction' model to minimize noise and transport frequency. The company will adhere to Finnish and EU regulations throughout the development. The project is part of Finland's National Data Center Roadmap, promoting sustainable development and economic growth in the region.
