NovaRed Mining Secures Plume Tenure for Wilmac Project Geophysical Survey
NovaRed Mining has completed the registration of the Plume mineral tenure, securing 2,063 hectares for its Wilmac copper-gold project. This development positions the company for its planned 2026 geophysical program, targeting key alteration zones.

NovaRed Mining Inc. has registered the Plume mineral tenure, part of the Wilmac copper-gold project, under British Columbia's revised mineral tenure system. The 2,062.64-hectare tenure secures access to significant exploration targets, including iron carbonate and silica altered zones.
A 3D IP/AMT survey covering these targets has received authorization, enabling advancement during the 2026 field season. The application for this tenure was submitted on August 1, 2025, and approval was granted on March 17, 2026.
The Wilmac project, located in the Quesnel porphyry belt, spans 11,504 hectares and is positioned to explore potential copper-gold porphyry occurrences similar to those at the nearby Copper Mountain Mine. The successful registration of the Plume tenure may enhance NovaRed's exploration capabilities, but reliance on unverified mineralization data from adjacent properties poses risks.
