NPV Secures Financing Changes for Gribskov Ejendomsinvestering; CA Group to Invest in Skive Data Center
NPV, led by Jens Schaumann, has successfully secured revised financing terms from bond investors for Gribskov Ejendomsinvestering after a prior attempt. There was significant pressure to strengthen capital, with asset sales considered.
Engel & Völkers reported the sale of a property on Jægergårdsgade for 11 million DKK to Lars Hammershøj from Rødkærsbro.
