NSP Panels is investing $4.75 million in Marion County to set up a manufacturing facility that will create 63 jobs. This facility, located at 3630 W. Highway 76 in Mullins, spans 129,000 square feet and will produce acoustic and decorative panels for the North American market.
The Coordinating Council for Economic Development has awarded a $300,000 grant to assist with building improvements. Operations have already begun, and interested applicants can apply in person. This investment adds to recent developments in the county, including tax breaks for Stream Data Centers' $800 million project, which is expected to create 20 jobs.
