NTT Data Centers is planning to build the PH6 data center at 10256 E. Elliot Road in Mesa, Arizona. The new 195,000-square-foot facility will occupy 101 acres.

Currently, buildings PH1 through PH5 are either under construction or operational. Recent discussions by the Mesa Design Review Board included the center's design and landscaping. Additionally, plans for a city park on the west side of the site were mentioned by Staff Planner Joshua Grandlienard during a meeting on January 13.
