NTT Data Reports Growth in Cloud Deals in India, Australia, and Singapore
NTT Data has reported significant growth in cloud and application deals in India, Australia, and Singapore, following the unification of over 40 entities under its brand since 2024. The company, which employs around 40,000 people in India, plans to invest $1.5 billion to expand its data center capacity. Additionally, NTT Data was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT, aimed at enhancing corporate value and streamlining operations.

NTT Data's integration strategy has resulted in significant growth in cloud and application deals, particularly in India, Australia, and Singapore. Since 2024, over 40 entities have been unified under NTT Data.
The company employs around 40,000 people in India, focusing on both global and local services. In July 2025, NTT Data announced a $1.5 billion investment in India to expand data center capacity. NTT DATA was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 26, 2025, to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT, enhancing corporate value and streamlining operations.
