Nuclear Vision Acquires Manganese Carbonate Projects in Slovakia's Battery Belt
Nuclear Vision Limited has acquired manganese carbonate projects in Slovakia's 'Battery Belt' by paying €100,000 and issuing 10 million shares. The projects, Svabovce and Michalova, have historic resources of 13.9 Mt at 14.47% Mn and 10.4 Mt at 9.49% Mn, respectively. The acquisition aligns with the EU's Critical Raw Materials Act and aims to capitalize on the growing demand for battery materials. Nuclear Vision plans to undertake verification work to confirm historical estimates as current mineral resources.

Nuclear Vision Limited has acquired two manganese carbonate projects, Svabovce and Michalova, in Slovakia's 'Battery Belt' for €100,000 and 10 million shares. Both projects are located within 300 kilometers of major automotive manufacturing hubs.
Svabovce has a historic resource of 13.9 Mt at 14.47% Mn, while Michalova has 10.4 Mt at 9.49% Mn. The acquisition coincides with the EU's Critical Raw Materials Act and Germany's €3 billion EV stimulus package. Nuclear Vision intends to conduct verification work to confirm historical estimates as current mineral resources and leverage the Assignor's financing networks to advance the projects.
