OMV Petrom to Build 7 MW Solar Park at Petrobrazi Refinery
OMV Petrom plans to construct a 7 MW solar park at its Petrobrazi refinery, covering approximately 110,000 square meters. The project has a budget of RON 45.4 million, with RON 8.4 million sourced from the Modernisation Fund. Construction is set to begin soon and will be completed within the year. This initiative aligns with the company's environmental goals and complements its ongoing project to build a sustainable fuels unit at Petrobrazi, which includes green hydrogen production.
